Armoring Process - Perfection in protection: we take care of every detail
The Armoring Process ranges from 4 to 10 weeks, depending on the armoring level. During that time the unit is almost completely disassembled to incorporate the ballistic protection layer, and then reassembled, security accessories are added and care is taken that its finishes are identical to the originals, so that the armor is not noticeable.
Desarmado
The glass and interiors of the vehicle are carefully disassembled and removed to prepare the unit for armoring.
Note is taken of the smallest detail to reincorporate it later, in the assembly phase.
Pintura

Armor
The passenger compartment, posts and pillars, battery and gas tank are covered with some bullet-proof material, such as ballistic steel or aramid fibers. Bulletproof glass is installed, the irritant gas system and security accessories are installed. Our work methodology is especially strict in this phase, in which we guarantee that there are no ballistic gaps.
Re-armado
